To support this, all Cavari products are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty, providing reassurance and peace of mind when purchasing.

Warranty coverage

Cavari products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery.

 

This warranty applies to:

  • Vanity units
  • Basins
  • Brassware and accessories

 

Warranty periods vary by product category and are detailed on individual product pages.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

What is covered

The Cavari warranty covers:

  • Faults arising from the manufacturing process
  • Issues present at the time of delivery or developing during normal use

 

If a covered issue occurs within the warranty period, Cavari will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the affected component, or

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or incorrect care
  • Issues resulting from unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • Commercial or trade use, unless explicitly agreed in writing
  • Natural variations in colour, texture, or pattern inherent to stone and natural materials


 

These characteristics are part of the material’s unique nature and are not considered defects.

Installation requirements

All Cavari products must be installed by a qualified professional, in accordance with supplied instructions and relevant building regulations.

 

Failure to follow correct installation practices may invalidate the warranty.

 

We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery and prior to installation.

To maintain the appearance and performance of your product:
