Design & Material

The Neos Wall Hung Smart Toilet is a single-piece ceramic toilet drawn to the wall on a recessed mounting frame, the bowl held forward and the floor left clear beneath. Measuring 390 by 590mm with the toilet rising 375mm above the floor when mounted, Neos is drawn for bathrooms where the wall carries the work and the floor stays open.

Single-piece ceramic body in Gloss White with an integrated sensor and control system, IPX4 water resistance, and CE certification for UK electrical safety. Mains-powered with a built-in water tank — no separate cistern, no pressure dependency. The recessed mounting frame is supplied as standard; installation requires a qualified electrician and water supply connection. Backed by manufacturer warranty.

Pro extends Plus with touchless lid opening, auto flushing on departure, foot sensor seat lift, and mobile app control — a fully hands-free Neos.
