Delivery Areas
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may incur additional charges.
Dispatch Times
All items listed as in stock are dispatched the next working day following order confirmation, subject to payment clearance.
Delivery Methods (Parcel Deliveries DPD)
Smaller items are delivered via DPD parcel service.
· Delivery days: Monday to Saturday
· Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
· Tracking: Provided via email once dispatched
· Signature: Required on delivery
DPD deliveries are typically made to the front door where safe and accessible
Pallet Deliveries (Large Items)
Large and heavy items, including stone baths, are delivered via pallet freight.
· Delivery days: Monday to Friday only
· Delivery type: Kerbside delivery
· Signature: Required on delivery
Kerbside delivery means the pallet will be delivered to the nearest accessible point to your property.
Drivers are not permitted to carry items inside the property, unpack goods, or assist beyond delivery to the kerbside.
Customers are responsible for arranging adequate assistance to move items into the property.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on item size and weight and are shown clearly at checkout.
Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to:
· Scottish Highlands
· Offshore islands
· Northern Ireland
· Other remote or hard-to-reach postcodes
Any applicable surcharge will be communicated prior to dispatch.
Access Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:
· Clear and safe access for delivery vehicles
· That roads, driveways, and entrances can accommodate large delivery vehicles
· Someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions or absence, redelivery charges may apply.
Inspection on Delivery
All items must be inspected on arrival.
If packaging appears damaged:
· Note this clearly on the delivery receipt
· Take photographs where possible
Any damage or issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failure to do so may affect our ability to assist.
Delivery Notifications & Tracking
You will receive:
· An order confirmation email after purchase
· A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order leaves our warehouse
