Warranty Policy

At Cavari, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality. All Cavari products are manufactured to the highest standards and are covered by the warranty outlined below.

Warranty Periods

Cavari products are covered by the following warranties, valid from the date of delivery:

· Stone baths: 10-year warranty
· Basins, furniture, and accessories: 5-year warranty

These warranties apply to manufacturing defects only.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

· Manufacturing defects
· Material or structural faults present at the time of manufacture
· Defects affecting the normal domestic use of the product

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

· Normal wear and tear
· Damage caused by improper installation
· Damage caused by misuse, impact, or accidental damage
· Damage caused by incorrect cleaning products or maintenance
· Damage resulting from modifications or alterations
· Products used in commercial or non-domestic settings, including hotels, rental properties, or developments
· Labour, installation, removal, or reinstallation costs
· Consequential or incidental damages

Installation Requirements

All products must be installed by a qualified professional in accordance with Cavari’s installation and care guidelines.
Failure to follow correct installation procedures may invalidate the warranty.

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim:

· Valid proof of purchase must be provided
· Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting photographs where applicable
· The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

Warranty Resolution

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Cavari will, at its discretion:

· Repair the product, or
· Replace the product or affected part
Refunds are not automatically offered under warranty claims.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect your legal rights under UK law.
