Refund policy

At Cavari, we take great care in ensuring our products arrive in perfect condition. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

Change of Mind Returns

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

· Items must be unused and uninstalled
· Items must be returned in their original packaging
· Items must show no signs of use, installation, or water connection

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

· Installed or used items
· Items that have been connected to water or power
· Made-to-order or bespoke items
· Clearance, ex-display, or sale items (where applicable)

These exclusions apply regardless of whether the item has been used.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved change-of-mind returns.

This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

· You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
· Photographic evidence must be provided
· All original packaging must be retained

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to assist.

Return Authorisation

All returns must be authorised in writing by Cavari before being sent back.

Unauthorised returns may be refused or returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected:

· Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days
· Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
· Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Important Notes

Cavari cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable return service.
