Design & Material

The Bastion Back-to-Wall Bath is a freestanding form drawn to sit flush against the wall: a flat back and a curved front rising to a 25mm rim, combining the line of a freestanding bath with the footprint of a back-to-wall fit. At 1750mm long and 800mm wide, it suits bathrooms where floor space is measured but the bath should still read as freestanding.

Inside, the interior is softly radiused, with the overflow set at 380mm and a capacity of 267 litres. The flat back meets the wall along its full length, so nothing is lost to a gap behind the bath.

The shell is Acryl IV, Cavari's thermally formed acrylic backed by four layers of fibreglass and resin where most acrylic baths use two, 6–9mm through the wall. The reinforcement is what gives the Bastion its weight, 44kg empty, and a shell that sits solidly in place, with no give at the rim or base under load. It stands on a concealed support frame. A white waste, colour-matched to the bath, sits in the base with a plain overflow in the same colour; the waste is also offered in Antique Brass, Brushed Gold, Brushed Stainless, Gunmetal Black and Satin Bronze, so it can be matched to the taps and filler in the room. Every Bastion is CE certified and carries a fifteen-year guarantee.

Finished in Glossy White, a reflective surface that runs across the curved front and draws the eye along the line where the bath meets the wall.

To claim, contact us in writing with your proof of purchase and photographs. We will repair the bath or replace the affected part. The guarantee requires installation by a qualified professional and is in addition to your statutory rights.

Delivery & Lead Times

The Bastion Back-to-Wall Bath is delivered on a pallet by our freight partner, Monday to Friday, to the kerbside nearest your property. You will receive a two-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery, and a signature is required. The driver cannot carry the bath inside, so please arrange help to move it into the property.

In-stock baths are dispatched the next working day after order confirmation, with tracking sent by email. Please check the bath on arrival and report any damage within 72 hours, noting it on the delivery receipt with photographs. Surcharges apply to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, offshore islands and other remote postcodes.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and then have a further 14 days to return the items. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled and in resaleable condition, ideally in their original packaging. You are welcome to open the packaging and inspect an item, but anything installed, used or connected to water or power cannot be returned, nor can made-to-order or bespoke pieces.

To start a return or exchange, open our returns portal and enter your order number with your email address or postcode, then choose the items, a reason and the outcome you would like.

Smaller items: the portal issues a tracked DPD shipping label. Change-of-mind return costs are yours to cover, so the label cost is deducted from your refund.

Baths, vanity units, shower screens and other pallet-delivered pieces: the portal will ask you to contact us. We arrange specialist collection, confirm the estimated cost with you first, and deduct the actual cost from your refund.

If you are exchanging for a piece of similar value, we cover the cost of the return, whatever its size. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of your return being received and inspected, including the standard outbound delivery charge. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and keep all packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
