The Dune Vanity carries a seven-year guarantee on the cabinet and a lifetime guarantee on the Caldera Stone basin from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects in normal domestic use. Spare parts are available for the vanity.

To claim, contact us in writing with your proof of purchase and photographs. We will repair the vanity or replace the affected part. The guarantee requires installation by a qualified professional and is in addition to your statutory rights.

The Dune Vanity is delivered on a pallet by our freight partner, Monday to Friday, to the kerbside nearest your property. You will receive a two-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery, and a signature is required. The driver cannot carry the vanity inside, so please arrange help to move it into the property.

In-stock vanities are dispatched the next working day after order confirmation, with tracking sent by email. Please check the vanity on arrival and report any damage within 72 hours, noting it on the delivery receipt with photographs. Surcharges apply to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, offshore islands and other remote postcodes.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and then have a further 14 days to return the items. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled and in resaleable condition, ideally in their original packaging. You are welcome to open the packaging and inspect an item, but anything installed, used or connected to water or power cannot be returned, nor can made-to-order or bespoke pieces.

To start a return or exchange, open our returns portal and enter your order number with your email address or postcode, then choose the items, a reason and the outcome you would like.

Smaller items: the portal issues a tracked DPD shipping label. Change-of-mind return costs are yours to cover, so the label cost is deducted from your refund.

Baths, vanity units, shower screens and other pallet-delivered pieces: the portal will ask you to contact us. We arrange specialist collection, confirm the estimated cost with you first, and deduct the actual cost from your refund.

If you are exchanging for a piece of similar value, we cover the cost of the return, whatever its size. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of your return being received and inspected, including the standard outbound delivery charge. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and keep all packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
