Design & Material

The Lastra Marble Wall Basin is a wall-mounted basin cut from a single slab of natural marble, drawn as a broad rectangular block with an integrated channel falling to a concealed waste. At 800mm wide and 400mm deep, the stone hangs clear of the floor — substantial in mass, the bowl shaped within the slab itself. Each basin is supplied with a matching marble plug.

Marble is a natural stone. The colour holds true to the marble named, but the veining runs differently through every block, so no two basins are the same and the piece you receive will not match the photography exactly. Variation in the figuring, and the inclusions and fine fissures carried in the stone, are inherent to natural marble rather than defects in the product.

Carrara marble carries the basin in a soft white ground crossed by fine grey veining, no two cuts alike.

The Lastra Wall Basin carries a lifetime guarantee from the date of delivery, covering the marble basin against manufacturing defects in normal domestic use.

To claim, contact us in writing with your proof of purchase and photographs. We will repair the basin or replace the affected part. The guarantee requires installation by a qualified professional and is in addition to your statutory rights.

Delivery & Lead Times

The Lastra Wall Basin is delivered on a pallet by our freight partner, Monday to Friday, to the kerbside nearest your property. You will receive a two-hour delivery window on the morning of delivery, and a signature is required. The driver cannot carry the basin inside, so please arrange help to move it into the property.

In-stock basins are dispatched the next working day after order confirmation, with tracking sent by email. Please check the basin on arrival and report any damage within 72 hours, noting it on the delivery receipt with photographs. Surcharges apply to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, offshore islands and other remote postcodes.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and then have a further 14 days to return the items. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled and in resaleable condition, ideally in their original packaging. You are welcome to open the packaging and inspect an item, but anything installed, used or connected to water or power cannot be returned, nor can made-to-order or bespoke pieces.

To start a return or exchange, open our returns portal and enter your order number with your email address or postcode, then choose the items, a reason and the outcome you would like.

Smaller items: the portal issues a tracked DPD shipping label. Change-of-mind return costs are yours to cover, so the label cost is deducted from your refund.

Baths, vanity units, shower screens and other pallet-delivered pieces: the portal will ask you to contact us. We arrange specialist collection, confirm the estimated cost with you first, and deduct the actual cost from your refund.

If you are exchanging for a piece of similar value, we cover the cost of the return, whatever its size. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of your return being received and inspected, including the standard outbound delivery charge. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and keep all packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
