The Square Shower Drain carries a fifteen-year guarantee on the main body and a seven-year guarantee on components from the date of delivery, against manufacturing defects in normal domestic use.

To claim, contact us in writing with your proof of purchase and photographs. We will repair the drain or replace the affected part. The guarantee requires installation by a qualified professional and is in addition to your statutory rights.

The Square Shower Drain is delivered by DPD, Monday to Saturday, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. Tracking is sent by email once your order is dispatched, and a signature is required on delivery.

In-stock items are dispatched the next working day after order confirmation. Please check your order on arrival and report any damage within 72 hours, with photographs. Surcharges apply to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, offshore islands and other remote postcodes.

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and then have a further 14 days to return the items. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled and in resaleable condition, ideally in their original packaging. You are welcome to open the packaging and inspect an item, but anything installed, used or connected to water or power cannot be returned, nor can made-to-order or bespoke pieces.

To start a return or exchange, open our returns portal and enter your order number with your email address or postcode, then choose the items, a reason and the outcome you would like.

Smaller items: the portal issues a tracked DPD shipping label. Change-of-mind return costs are yours to cover, so the label cost is deducted from your refund.

Baths, vanity units, shower screens and other pallet-delivered pieces: the portal will ask you to contact us. We arrange specialist collection, confirm the estimated cost with you first, and deduct the actual cost from your refund.

If you are exchanging for a piece of similar value, we cover the cost of the return, whatever its size. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of your return being received and inspected, including the standard outbound delivery charge. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and keep all packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
