Design & Material

The Vector Round LED Mirror is an 800mm round mirror set in a slim aluminium frame, drawn for the bathroom wall above a basin or vanity. The frame holds an integrated LED strip running the full perimeter, casting light forward into the room rather than diffusing it behind the glass.

Built on a 4mm copper-free mirror set in an aluminium frame, Vector adjusts brightness, colour temperature and the demister through a three-button touch at the lower edge — 3000K warmer for evening use, 6000K cooler for grooming. Anti-fog and shatter-resistant films are integrated; rated IP44 for bathroom installation. Wall-mounted; fittings included; covered by a manufacturer guarantee.

At full brightness, the framed LED casts a continuous circle of light forward into the room — warmer for evening, cooler for grooming.

The Vector LED Mirror carries a five-year guarantee from the date of delivery, covering the mirror against manufacturing defects in normal domestic use.

To claim, contact us in writing with your proof of purchase and photographs. We will repair the mirror or replace the affected part. The guarantee requires installation by a qualified professional and is in addition to your statutory rights.

Delivery & Lead Times

The Vector LED Mirror is delivered by DPD, Monday to Saturday, with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. Tracking is sent by email once your order is dispatched, and a signature is required on delivery.

In-stock items are dispatched the next working day after order confirmation. Please check your order on arrival and report any damage within 72 hours, with photographs. Surcharges apply to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, offshore islands and other remote postcodes.

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, and then have a further 14 days to return the items. Pieces must be unused, uninstalled and in resaleable condition, ideally in their original packaging. You are welcome to open the packaging and inspect an item, but anything installed, used or connected to water or power cannot be returned, nor can made-to-order or bespoke pieces.

To start a return or exchange, open our returns portal and enter your order number with your email address or postcode, then choose the items, a reason and the outcome you would like.

Smaller items: the portal issues a tracked DPD shipping label. Change-of-mind return costs are yours to cover, so the label cost is deducted from your refund.

Baths, vanity units, shower screens and other pallet-delivered pieces: the portal will ask you to contact us. We arrange specialist collection, confirm the estimated cost with you first, and deduct the actual cost from your refund.

If you are exchanging for a piece of similar value, we cover the cost of the return, whatever its size. No restocking fees apply.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of your return being received and inspected, including the standard outbound delivery charge. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, and keep all packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
